asher loves lemons

so, we were out at the red robin last night and i thought i would have a little fun at asher’s expense and gave him a slice of lemon. he’s never tasted a lemon before so i thought it would be funny. i always love the faces that babies make when they taste lemon for the first time. well, that plan backfired because, as it turns out, asher LOVES lemons. maybe i’ll slip him a jalapeño next time. surely that’ll do something. and it will be crazy.

We did the same thing with Ella at that age with salt and vinegar chips. I had the camera all ready to capture her sour face, turned out she loved them. It was slightly disappointing.
Asher is getting so big, I cant believe he is coming up on his first Birthday. And I cant believe Jana and I managed to be 3 for 3 on the opposite sex’s of our kids. Like I said before, we’re just increasing our odds that one of them may like the other someday.
Anyways, he is so cute!!
